Cancellation and Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from us but if you are not, for any reason then you may simply return it, as delivered within 10 days of despatch for a refund (less postage and packaging charges). We recommend that you return items by registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us.

If unfortunately, goods arrive having been damaged in transit please contact us immediately to let us know so we can offer either a replacement or full refund (inc postage and packaging), whichever you prefer.
